I'm watching Kassensturz and once again it is confirmed that meat in a modified atmosphere is of inferior quality.
But Mr. Naef claims that this meat has no losses and that this type of packaging is desired in consumer surveys? Could it be that consumers actually prefer tough and flavorful meat? And has anyone ever heard of this survey or its results?
In any case, I stopped buying meat packaged in a modified atmosphere a long time ago.
