I've just taken another white T-shirt out of the wash and its collar and sleeve hems are glowing orange after coming into contact with Factor 30 sunscreen. You can find more or less helpless suggestions on the net to combat these stains. But nothing that really seems to help. It could be a real pioneering achievement if your Mibelle were to develop a product that effectively removes sun cream stains. I'm thinking of a pre-treatment product along the lines of Total Spray & Wash.

We have the following tip for your T-shirt: Soak the fabric for 1 day and 1 night in a 10% citric acid solution and then in a solution of Total Powder Detergent with the addition of Total Oxi Booster (i.e. two processes). Then wash the affected textile with Total Powder Detergent and Total Oxi Booster at a minimum temperature of 40°C. We have had good experiences with this method, but cannot give a 100% guarantee. I would have been happy about a bridge day too... Heidi, thanks for the tip. Citric acid can be bought as crystals (Balkan/Turkish stores). How many grams per dl of water have to be dissolved to achieve the specified concentration?

You can buy citric acid as granules in a drugstore or pharmacy and our specialist department recommends making 3 liters of lye. You will need 300 g of citric acid for this.
