I can no longer find Fitbrötli (bread with coarse soy meal)! The large Fitbrot was removed from the range a long time ago. That was even better than the Fitbrötli, it had such a crispy crust, the crumb was soft and had a great taste. What's more, the bread didn't taste like "freshly baked bread", which unfortunately most breads do. In short: it was a great bread and now it's gone! ? Am I the only person who sorely misses this bread? I hope Migros will bring it back. At least in large stores with their own bakery.
