Yes, we are often in Finland and always take a lot of bread from Finland with us.
Finnish bread has a strong taste, the rye bread is made with sourdough.
It is very healthy, filling and has a long shelf life.

A big YES for Finnish rye bread. In the north, the wholemeal, dark breads are all very tasty. In comparison, they are very dry here. Maybe you could copy the recipes from there? It would be great if you could do that here. When I'm in the north, I practically only eat dark bread!
