In the app, I would like to see a map of my store showing where I can find something. If I search for coconut milk, for example, a dot appears at the location.

Hi Duesselentchen, great that you're using our app! 😊 I'm happy to pass on your suggestion. I can't promise you whether it will be implemented. Best regards, Susi
And the dot on the store map is enough? Or do you also need detailed directions to guide you through the store? "At the detergent with the red lettering, turn right after two meters."

I'd rather not know what some people would do if they had to cope without such a smartphone/tablet.
Who enters this? What if something is changed? And during actions? If the GPS signal is too weak or there is no internet? Where do all the thousands of hours of staff time that every store has to spend to enter every piece of chewing gum correctly come from? Who's the first to complain if it's not right? Sorry, but I have to ask you honestly, do you need an app for everything? Or could you do it the tried and tested way: search for it yourself? Just ask me if sometimes you don't give up a little too much of your own life and experience. But yes, it does annoy me to search for stuff all the time, especially when they change over like they did the other day, but that's just the way it is.
Salü, thank you for your critical questions. Basically, I assume that every Migros already has lists or similar that show where things are, as the order follows a certain logic. I assume that these lists are then also adapted during rearrangements. But that's exactly what I would like to see. If that's the case, nobody would have to add anything manually or maintain any kind of shadow accounting. The lists would "only" have to be nicely linked to a graphic. "If the GPS signal is too weak or there is no internet?" - Personally, I don't need live data with quantities. That could also be preloaded. But that's my personal thought - maybe someone needs / wants more. "Or could you do it the way it has proven itself: search for it yourself?" - Well, it hasn't worked for me, otherwise I wouldn't be dreaming ;) Especially at the big Migros - less so at the neighborhood Migros. But I guess everyone's ticket is a little different :)

Yes, that sounds great - with live tracking so that I can follow the person who took the last milk to the exit.... ;) So no, for me personally, the dot on a map would be enough. If I have the direction, I can then look forwards and backwards on the shelf. But then I know that I'm not looking in the completely wrong place. Personally, I don't need a "StreetView" through Migros either - just in case the thought comes up ;)

I have already thought about the suggestion with the dot - but I think that this is illusory. The goods are not always in the same place: be it because of promotions or seasonal reasons... But what I would like to see would be a better search function, where the article you are looking for could also be called up in the store on your mobile phone.... because if you show such an article picture to the staff who are restocking, you always reach your destination within a very short time. A verbal description of the article is more laborious... Really - I have to give the Migros staff a pat on the back - especially at the various Migros in the very east of Switzerland: they interrupt their work and guide you unerringly to the place in question. I wouldn't even expect that much - I'd be satisfied if the rack was named like at Coop. It's usually only about a few items, especially in certain non-food areas or when something has been completely changed...
