Dear Migros I have often been disappointed by your branch in Wädenswil. Little service... Nobody is informed or can help with questions etc... Today I made an impulse purchase after recycling and tried out some delicacies and novelties... By the way, I thought they were expanding the recycling options according to their marketing campaign? After shopping I make my way to the self-checkout where the ladies are not so pleasant when you need their help and greeting is also too much to ask according to their behavior. Migros has been distributing the Migros Degustation - Frey for a few days now. When I'm paying, someone sneaks up behind me without making a purchase to the lady who never greets me and for whom the customers are rather annoying, one would think. She sits down at the self-checkout till and starts chatting as if you were in a coffee shop... She adds to the gentleman how much it is ahsch***ist and he should take the samples with him as much as he likes, they are uuuu fine... Dear Migros, where is the service/appreciation in these hard times? Were these activities done for the customer or the employees and their private visits during promotions / tastings? Embarrassing....
