Where can I get a spreadable quark?
Is there a firm quark in Switzerland?
I would like to make a cake without baking.
The liquid one would not be suitable.
I would be very grateful for an answer.....

I don't think there is such a curd cheese in Switzerland.
As a baker, I can only really think of curd cheese from Austria.
The best thing to do is to ask in a cheese/dairy store.
Otherwise you could use other cream cheeses (e.g. Philadelphia)
Quark is actually also a cream cheese.
