Hello ckg, thank you for the message. We are sorry that you are not satisfied with the new bowl! We have changed the material from cardboard to CPET for the following reasons: - The rim is now higher overall, which means that more icing/filling can be used. - The dough no longer contracts in the tray, so no more icing can get between the dough and the baking tin. - The tray is now more stable than before. We understand that switching to the new material is a step backwards from a sustainability perspective. Nevertheless, we decided to make the switch in order to ensure a flawless baking result first and foremost. However, as we are aiming for various sustainability goals and want to continue to pursue them, we are already looking at alternatives that are both more environmentally friendly and do not compromise the quality of the product. This process takes a certain amount of time, which is why we ask for your patience. The baking tests we carried out were successful. It is difficult to make a remote diagnosis of the baking result. However, we can recommend that you test the following settings: - Operate the oven with top/bottom heat (not hot air) 200 ° (max. 210 °) - Use a baking tray - No rack - Position in the middle of the oven, lower third if necessary Best regards, Matteo
