I make my own yoghurts and find Alsa lactic ferments in France to make them. Couldn't Migros offer Alsa brand or its own products? That would save me from shopping tourism. Best regards Franceska

Hello,
doesn't putting a spoonful of firm yogurt in each pot with milk curdle the milk and turn it into yogurt?
My mother used to do this, I seem to remember, and it worked :-)
Hello, You can make yogurt again by adding plain yogurt to the milk. More detailed information and recipes are available on the Internet. Best regards, Tamara
That's true, but Swiss yoghurts are far too creamy and it doesn't work! You need very firm yogurts for that, and you can't find them at Migros...so lactic ferments are the best solution! I'd gladly avoid buying this product in France if Micros added it to its range!
Hello everyone!
I use 1l organic whole milk and organic plain yogurt, mix well with a whisk
I mix well with a whisk and pour the mixture into the yogurt glasses.
My yogurts are deliciously creamy and soft, Josiane.

Hello, I would also be very interested if we could find some in Switzerland. Perhaps in the meantime, you could reconsider your decision...

Hello, I agree with alolcoju. Unless you're too afraid of people making their own yoghurts, because then you'd sell a little less of yours... But there will always be people who prefer to buy rather than make their own, so I don't think it would impact your sales too much! But there will always be people who prefer to buy rather than make their own, so I don't think it would impact your sales too much! We're entering an era where a common ecological and ethical awareness of consumption is growing in our privileged countries, where we're seeking to minimize our impact on the environment, by consuming products with the smallest possible production chain. In this sense, there's nothing better than handmade products, when you have the chance. We will still need supermarkets to find certain raw materials, products that are difficult to make ourselves, or when we lack the time or knowledge to make things ourselves. Thank you to Migros for supporting this decisive and necessary new turning point for our planet, and therefore for all of us! It seems to me that this fits in with its current general policy, doesn't it...? Yours sincerely

I find my ferments at the organic store, brand my-yo bio, and I make my yog with raw milk from the farm, heating the milk to 40 degrees max, to preserve the probiotic quality.
Hello, you can also use Yogos Classic or Kefir Greek yogurts as a base to mix with whole milk. This also works very well.
