It just happened to me too, at https://migipedia.migros.ch/en/120923000000-archived-1
When you submit the form, the browser sends an HTTP POST request via Ajax/jQuery to
https://web-api.migros.ch/widgets/community/products/120923000000/reviews?key=XXXX
After approx. 30 seconds a response with HTTP status code 504 Gateway Timeout andthe content
{"statusCode":504, "error": "Gateway timeout", "message": "Client request timeout"}
is returned. How reproducible this is ... no idea, not tried.
