Report a "Low Price" error, Low Price Guidelines, and Low Price Guarantee

Fehler bei "Tiefpreis" melden, Tiefpreis-Richtlinien und Tiefpreis-Garantie

What is the best way to report an item that appears to be incorrectly labeled as a "low-price" item? Does Migros have clear guidelines regarding its low-price promise? For example, is there a defined timeframe for adjusting a price if a competitor offers an equivalent product at a permanently lower price?

I’m familiar with this article on the topic, but it doesn’t say much:

For example, do they refund the difference if the low-price promise is broken (as is the case with Hornbach, for instance)? Or is it more of an empty promise?

Take, for example, the coconut milk priced at 1.60 CHF for a 400ml can (https://www.migros.ch/en/product/158586000000), which is permanently available at Aldi for 99 centimes. This product has a yellow low-price label on the shelf, which is obviously incorrect.
