Lack of appreciation for loyal MBudget Mobile customers

Hello MBudget Mobile team I have been an MBudget Mobile customer for several years and am generally satisfied. However, I find it incomprehensible that there are always attractive subscription promos for new customers but no discounts or "goodies" for existing customers. I asked the hotline for a corresponding offer. Unfortunately, the answer from an unmotivated employee was negative. I clearly miss the appreciation of existing customers here - do I now have to change providers in order to benefit from an attractive subscription offer? That can't be right, can it?
