The FAQ on migros.ch states that Migros stocks between 35,000 and 40,000 items in its range
which are available in an average of around eight versions, which would make a total of
325'000 articles.
As only around 14,000 articles are listed on Migipedia, this would mean that 311,000 articles are missing from Migipedia!
are missing from Migipedia!
I am now interested to know what this enormous number of articles consists of?
My theory is that they are different product sizes (smaller yoghurt pots etc.),
which are deliberately not in Migipedia because it would be too time-consuming to show every version.
But even then, 26,000 would be missing, i.e. more than half...
What do these 311,000 articles consist of? Perhaps only from certain
groups? (Non-food?)
