We bought a lounge in do-it-garten at the end of February, there were problems with cumulus card, but finally it was accepted, but when I look at receipts it is missing and so are the cumulus points. Thanks for your answer.

It's best to send us a copy or photo of your receipt including your Cumulus number by email: cumulus@migros.ch

@Bodenseeknusperli I don't know where you got 6x vouchers outside Migros Supermarket. I thought only the paper 2× are redeemable everywhere. If the problem was at the checkout in Migros I understand the problem and wouldn't have an answer.
@Barbora3 I don't know which receipt you mean, it may be that the one from your purchase is not displayed in Doit. Exlibris doesn't show my purchases either.
