Missing Cumulus points

I've been annoyed about this for a long time and every 2 months I receive a Cumulus statement. It also contains the yellow vouchers that you can redeem, for example, 5x points in the supermarket, 20% discount in M Electronics or an additional 200 points in M Restaurant. And the problem I encountered every time is: when I redeem the additional 200 points in M Restaurant, I always run out of points... I never get the full points. For example, I buy 20.90 CHF, plus the 200 additional points, I should get 220.90 points. But I only got 120.70 points. Then I called Cumulus and they said: "Oh, there may be a mistake. We'll send you a 5. voucher as an apology. Two months later, the same thing happened again. Then I wrote an e-mail to Cumulus and I always got the same answer:

I never received an answer as to why this was the case. Or a solution to make it work properly. It's not just me who has the problem, but also my colleagues and another customer. As soon as you make a deduction such as a coffee receipt. The total score is wrong.

I wish it would work properly so that I don't have to contact Cumulus again and again.
