The Farmer's Milk Strawberry is much harder than usual and the filling is dried out and tastes extremely artificial. This is a completely different bar to what we are normally used to :-/ In addition, the foil is almost impossible to apply. It sticks together very tightly. I am very disappointed about this change in quality :-( If you are already saving on quality, then please adjust the price accordingly!!!

I am sorry that you no longer like various aspects of the bars as a result. The responsible department has been informed. Hello. I think it's a good thing that palm oil has been removed. But surely that can't be the reason why the bar tastes so artificial? And surely the fact that the packaging opens so badly can't be down to the palm oil?

I think it's very commendable that the palm oil has been removed. It shows that feedback is taken seriously. It's a shame if the products taste different as a result, but you have to make sacrifices sometimes. Keep it up Migros!

The "old" bars (with palm oil) all tasted better, the ones with the new, improved recipe (without palm oil) are not such a hit. But Migros is on it, there have already been some complaints here in the forum. So give Migros some time, they are certainly trying to make the improved bars better, but that won't happen overnight. Product development and improvement takes time.

I find it a bit vague that Migros is saying here that "we're on it". To me, it sounds more like "we're telling the complaining customers that it's our turn". This is a delaying tactic until the critical voices fall silent and then it won't matter anyway". Unfortunately...

To be honest, I don't really care which company makes which promises. As a customer, I do what I want, and if something doesn't suit me, I just go to the competition. There's plenty on offer... I thought the "old" Farmer was great and really liked it; the new ones are no longer for me, so I still buy the Farmer varieties that are still made to the "old" recipe (I just turn the packs over before I buy them). If they are no longer available or if they are revised, I try them and they taste disgusting to me, then I just go to the competition (Coop, Lidl etc.) until the Farmer bars are good again. Unfortunately, to my great regret, this is not the only product that I no longer buy at Migros. I used to be a Migros kid, but since more and more of my favorite products have been disappearing from the range, I'm no longer. Lidl/Aldi may be discounters and therefore be ridiculed by various people, but I think they are now on a par with Migros/Coop etc., also as far as Swiss products are concerned (they have more and more of them).
