Oh dear, I'm sorry to hear that. It was probably a production error. Can you please send me the lot number and the date? (The lot number often starts with an L, is usually next to the date and consists of a mix of letters and numbers).

I have just received feedback from the producer.
Before the Farmer bars are packaged, they are erected by the machine. During this process, bars are sometimes crushed or cut into pieces. Unfortunately, the machine did not notice this error.
