I have been a loyal customer for decades and buy on average 1 to 2 pairs of tights from the Young Trend 15 d line per week, and 80% of my purchases are in the Paola or Cognac colors in size L. I was shocked to discover this week that "my" colors are no longer available. Even worse - I suddenly found colors that I had never seen before (e.g. Bronze, Dusk). With a slight panic attack, I asked the staff, who explained to me that 'they in Zurich' had added other colors to the range and because there were apparently too many different colors, they had also removed some from the range. The staff said this with incomprehension and a lot of displeasure towards their employer. Armed with a list, she confirmed to me that my two favorite colors had been discontinued. SHE CAN'T BE SERIOUS! I WANT MY COLORS BACK AND HAVE NO DESIRE TO LOOK FOR A REPLACEMENT PRODUCT. AND NO, THEIR NEW COLORS BRONZE AND DUSK ARE NEITHER SIMILAR NOR DO I LIKE THEM! Should I switch to Coop or what is your advice?
