I also find the online registration for the Famigros card too tedious.
It's very nerve-wracking with all the things you have to enter.
We had to call the hotline several times and were always told that we would have to wait for the points to be calculated before we could enter the codes. unfortunately, several months passed before we received the statement, which I don't find very customer-friendly,
each time at the checkout we were also asked for the Cumulus card
(which is great, no question) the cashier even asked us why we didn't have a Famigros card, which was great, explaining that Migros is unfortunately not able to send us one was slowly too stupid for us,
so we went shopping in the competition until we had the card,
