I keep noticing that the cashier reads my Famigros card on the front (76 barcode) and back (2099 barcode).
According to what I read a long time ago (I think in the MM magazine), the system automatically determines whether a customer is Famigros-eligible or not, i.e. the cashier only has to read in the Cumulus number (2099 barcode).
Is it not possible to train the cashiers so that only the Cumulus number has to be read in?

Thank you for this feedback. As far as I remember, this would no longer be necessary.
Can you tell me which region you prefer to shop in (I should actually know, but unfortunately I can't remember it for everyone, sorry!).
I will then pass on your observation to the relevant store immediately so that they can draw the cashiers' attention to it again.

My shopping area is mainly in Aargau, around Aarau: Unterentfelden, Wynecenter, Aarau.
I have noticed that the cashiers scan both sides in all the stores mentioned.
