I have had a Famigros card since April and shop regularly every Wednesday but I never get 10x Cumulus points. Both sides of the card are scanned and it says 0.00 on the receipt. What am I doing wrong?
By the way, do I get the rest of my Cumulus points from the old card credited to the new Famigros? Thank you.
