I've written to Migros so many times that I don't think they'll give me an answer. I ordered the Famigros card for my ex-boyfriend, as well as for myself. But I've been waiting soooooooo many months. Migros always says I've made a mistake. I've been on the Famigros online site for hours. I've done everything you can do. I'm eagerly waiting for the card as the Famigros site keeps saying they'll get it in 14 days.
I also wrote to you to delete everything except Cumulus and I'll start registering again. Unfortunately, you didn't do that either.
I don't think it's fair to simply ignore me as a customer.
