Unfortunately, the wrong item was delivered to me by melectronics. I complained immediately. I wait a day until I receive an email explaining what I need to do. Return delivery by post. Wait until Migros receives the mail. And then the ordered item is delivered. I send an email and am put off (waiting time 1-3 days). I phone and ask to return the wrong item to a branch. This is not possible; it is also not possible to send the correct item immediately.
Conclusion: I order correctly and pay - Migros delivers the wrong item - I have to organize parcels - I have to go to the post office - I have to wait until the ordered item arrives: this is a lousy service from Migros. Migros makes no effort to correct a mistake in a customer-friendly way
