I have 2-3 bookings from Exlibris that appear on Cumulus under the receipts. Unfortunately, there are no details about the purchase and products. I'm sure it wasn't me who made the purchase from Exlibris. Who else has made such false bookings?
When you order Exlibris online, you have to/can enter your Cumulus number in your account. Presumably someone else made a typo (transposed digits) and now your Cumulus number just happens to be in that account....

Yes, that could be a possibility. I have written to Exlibris... maybe you can check the stored number.
