Within a short space of time, a third product that I love is no longer available. It's a shame that my favorite products are always removed from the range WITHOUT WARNING. (Not even the employees know about it. They say at the beginning of the shortage: "Come again, it's sold out!!!????)
Shaaaaaade ?

Hello @Chrisluke, thank you for your inquiry. According to clarifications with the specialist department, we have not had a fabric softener called "Exotic" in our range since 2010. Do you still have such a product at home so that you can tell us the article number or EAN code? What color was the fabric softener packaging? Was it a small or large bottle? Best regards, Heidi

I still have an opened bottle, 1 liter.
The exact name is: Exelia Tropical Fresh . (Exotic for me, hihi) No. 5005.309. I bought the last two bottles during a 50% promotion in Oberwil/Mühlemattzenter in winter. There were none left yesterday. But a new fragrance in a green bottle. Not yet tested. But it smells good from the bottle. (After sniffing all the existing bottles, I took this new one. Unfortunately, I don't like the others)

Good morning @Chrisluke
I assume these are the bottles you describe:Three new fabric softeners with a sparkling fresh scent
Best regards
Frederica
Yes, we are missing the orange bottle (contents). I've never seen the other two (green and blue). Are they really no longer available? Lg
Hoi @Chrisluke, thanks for the article number,@Frederica: Thanks for the link :-)
We have indeed takenExelia Tropical Fresh out of the range. Unfortunately, there were too few fans for this fragrance. @Chrislukeplease send me your address in a private message so that I can send you something small to test. I hope you find a new favorite fragrance in our range. Best regards, Sina
Hi Sina, thanks for the info ?and the offer for Müsterli ? I smelled the "existing" fabric softeners and one, a new fragrance, the Exelia *Green Glow* , appealed to me. I tested it on the laundry today and it smells good. So I don't need to test any more Müsterli. Thanks anyway. I now hope that this fragrance stays in the range for a loooong time. Please. ?
Hey Chrisluke, I'm glad you've already found a new fragrance. If there are enough fans for this fragrance, we'll certainly keep it in our range for a long time. Maybe someone close to you will want the Müsterli ;-) I'll keep them for myself. If you are still happy about it, please let me know. Best regards, Sina
