For some time now, Ex Libris has been running a promotion whereby goods ordered online and picked up in-store earn 3x Cumulus points. Do you also have problems with this? This is the 3rd time I've ordered this way! The third time I've ordered this way and it's never worked. There was a reply to the first complaint, but now there's been silence for 10 days, no reply and of course no credit note. I would like to know if it's just me or if the system has....Merci for your feedback!
