Tarragon, chervil and co. removed from the Migros Zurich range
Estragon, Kerbel und Co. aus dem Programm genommen von Migros Zürich

I haven't been able to find tarragon and chervil in Migros Zumikon for weeks. Now I know why: Migros Zurich has decided to remove it from its range. "Due to declining demand in recent years and increasing spoilage, we have removed the product in question from the Migros Zurich range." This is what the head of the customer forum wrote to me on 19.02.2020. I'm pretty horrified. No more Bernaise sauce, no more tarragon chicken, all 40+ recipes on the Migros website with tarragon can no longer be cooked by any Migros customer in the canton of Zurich. Who made that decision at Migros Zurich? There are locusts, Indian, Mexican, Japanese and Chinese cuisine products, but no tarragon! Do you want to copy Aldi and Lidl and only offer the top sellers? What's next? No more chervil either, by the way. Another 70+ chervil recipes on the Migros website can no longer be cooked either. What's got into you, Migros Zurich? These are staple herbs of European food culture. Coop has them all, and Globus has them anyway. At online vegetable retailers too. But not at Migros in the whole canton of Zurich! After 20 years of loyalty to Migros, I'm slowly starting to think about switching to Coop .... K.Blum
