Hello, in these difficult times it is really hard to feel safe. I would like to offer you some tips on how I can save on food, for example, as this seems to be the biggest problem for my family.

Hello, Hans Schlaugmann, I really understand you so well. Especially when you have to take care of a whole family, it is very difficult to save on food. My best tip would be to go shopping once a week, always with a precise list, so that you don't just get lost in the supermarket, but also avoid impulse purchases. If you are still interested in this topic, also from other aspects, read this article: https://www.fitformoney.de/geld-sparen-im-alltag/. I hope it will be helpful for you too. It helped me a lot and I hope it will be helpful for you too! Have fun and good luck! :)

I don't think you should cut back on healthy food. For example, I save money by not buying energy drinks, alcohol or cigarettes, I don't have gel nails or treats, I don't go to the Guafför every 6 weeks, I don't have tattoos etc.. This saves me a lot of money and I can also buy organic quality food. Incidentally, organic is not always more expensive than non-organic.
When it comes to Migros, I practically only buy M budget or M Classic products, so you can save a lot of money if you don't always buy branded products.
Denner is Migros.↵Meat, but you have to look where it comes from 🙄... It's good and cheap. ↵Chicken, pork, sometimes beef. ↵Vegetables good and cheap. Usw.... Use comparison promotions.↵↵If I make tomato sauce, I can use it the next day to cook chicken provincial and 3rd day pizza with homemade dough of course. ↵Pizza with homemade dough can be cheap, but please use high-quality flour, e.g. spelt, which is original.↵Toppings can also be "cheap" Tomato & mozzarella, maybe some↵Crevettes Budget are cheap and suuuuuper↵Remaining vegetables, etc Italians take what they have at the moment. Even seen pieces of Toblerone at the Italian restaurant... ↵Everything is possible. ↵Lots of vegetables, little sugar. ↵And maybe not only visit a store but also look around to see what else is available. ↵Add okra to the goulash in the oriental store hmhmhm.↵Casserole with leftovers. ↵Save the pasta for frying, as well as the potatoes. ↵I could go on and on.↵ ↵ But it simply has a minimum price and I hope you can still manage that. No Mc, no King, or buying pizza is too expensive!

Hey, when I was a student, I was also sometimes short of money. My tip: cook larger portions and freeze the rest. It's usually cheaper than cooking individually every day.

Hi :) actually I don't have my own family yet but I'm still a student at the moment and I totally understand your problem with saving money :) So I prefer the discount supermarkets like Lidl, Aldi, Penny. You almost always get the lowest prices on groceries there. I agree with a shopping list that not only saves money but also time. Shopping, cooking and eating at home yourself definitely costs less money than eating out in restaurants regularly.
