Why is this espresso only available in 500 gram packs? It would be ideal if you could also buy this coffee ground in 250 gram packs.

It would be perfectly possible to offer half a board of "half-pounders" instead of a whole board of 500g packs. So your excuse doesn't hold water, but it does fit into the "Pack sizes for single people" section.
