Hi Migros Community,

I recently ordered a video game (cartridge / memory module) for the Nintendo Switch console online via Melectronics.ch at half past one in the afternoon and didn't know that it was excluded from return/returns, which would have been a birthday present, but unfortunately my brother had already bought the game himself.
Cancellation of the order was not possible on the same day (email sent 3 hours later with cancellation request). Phone calls didn't help either.

If the goods arrive and I haven't refused them because I'm not at home, the only option is probably to sell the game on elsewhere, even though it's NEW and in box.

I realize that it's a big store (Migros), but I don't find it particularly accommodating to refuse a customer a return as a gesture of goodwill. In particular, the highly praised 30-day return period is useless and misleading.

Well, complaining can't help me now either.
