September at the earliest, but the exact date has not yet been set. This has been a recurring theme here for half a year. There should be a hit offer with napkins that "also" fit. But you couldn't find them in the larger M-Aare branches (Aarau, Olten, Egerkingen, Solothurn) and the staff didn't know about them either.
You can find the C&T napkins for dispensers on the Migros website. They are supposed to be available in the 3-M parks, but you can't find them. I asked about them in Sursee, but they didn't know anything about them. In Egerkingen I showed a cell phone photo of the vanilla dispenser, but there were no napkins for it. A friend who knew about my vanilla dispenser informed me two weeks ago that the vanilla, strawberry and chocolate dispensers were on sale again at the Migros outlet for CHF 1. The original price was Fr. 12.50.
Was this intended to take the customers for a ride? Should the Kassensturz be informed about this? What Migros is doing with the napkins is absolutely cheeky.
We have clarified this and replacement napkins are available in the large stores, for example Lucerne Surseepark. The article number is 7054.160, you are also welcome to ask the staff. The item is also available in the other3M stores and should be in the paper napkin range.
The outlet sells items that are not available in the store. If an item is in the outlet, it has already been through a few stations and was already offered in the store in a promotion, but the price is no longer cost-covering for Migros.
I hope these answers help you. best regards, Simone

I think that's just an excuse to screw over customers, as is common practice at Migros. Here in the availability check, the napkins would have been available in the 3M parks, but in the stores they were not even available for the staff. If the quantity of napkin dispensers produced only found a few takers, then there probably won't be very many of the matching napkins and they will disappear completely in a few months. It was planned from the beginning to charge customers Fr.12.50 for something they can no longer use. I've now put my vanilla dispenser in the car and if I don't get a replacement napkin in the store next time, I want my money back. I no longer have a receipt, but the diners were only available with the decor at Migros.
The demand for the replacement napkins is there, we have no plans to remove them from the range any time soon. Dispenser users will continue to find the napkins in the stores.
Of course, it can happen that a mistake is made and the item cannot be found by our staff, for which we are sorry. I have now checked the availability again and 3M stores have the napkins in their assortment, including Sursee, so you are welcome to ask the staff about it the next time you go shopping.
