I have already received feedback from the responsible department (thank you for your tip).the declaration with 55% fruit content and 49% agave syrup comes about because an additional water loss is included in the recipe.55% fruit is used, which loses water during cooking, this loss is approx. 4%. It now appears that there has been a calculation error in the declaration and the responsible internal departments have been informed of the incident and the declaration on the jars will be adjusted accordingly.
