Pea milk / pea drink - Vegan milk with a high protein content

Erbsenmilch / Erbsendrink - Vegane Milch mit hohem Proteinanteil

Unfortunately, your vegan milk alternatives such as rice drink, oat drink and almond drink do not come close to normal milk in terms of protein content. Only the soy drink you offer has a similarly high protein content. However, soy is very controversial in terms of health, especially for men. That's why I wish you could include a pea milk / pea drink in your range. This would have about the same amount of protein as cow's milk and would even be healthier and more ecologically and morally justifiable.

Hey, very interesting.... I've never heard of pea milk before. Could you tell me a manufacturer that makes pea milk? :) Because I'm always looking for other/better alternatives and I'm currently drinking almond milk Thank you in advance ^^

Hello Pea milk is available from Vly, for example. Both the unsweetened and sweetened varieties taste similar to soy milk, so I find them quite tasty. Unfortunately, they cost twice as much as normal milk when bought individually. I have now found a retailer where you can buy them for a lower price but only in large quantities, so it would of course be more practical if they were on the shelves at Migros.

Hi, that's right, and I think that would be really great. I've also recently been thinking about the low protein content of plant-based drinks, and I agree with you that pea milk would be a very good alternative! LG

Dear JulianSi Thank you for your product suggestion. We appreciate your suggestions. We have already tried to make pea-based milk several times; unfortunately, we have to admit that this was unsuccessful. Unfortunately, the pea flavour was too strong and the end product didn't taste very good as a result. I hope to see you around again and wish you a good start to the week. best wishes, Angela
