Regarding the article in the Migros newspaper on the disposal of clothes hangers from 24.6.12: How can you call such a disposal "without a hook"? Well, others simply burn the hangers. But this recycling doesn't really make sense. The hooks are transported to Germany to be sorted out there. Point 1: Every employee could do this themselves! It is questionable to first transport them to Germany and then "cart" 70% back to Switzerland.
Point 2 and conclusion: It would simply make the most sense to use a hanger that can take a beating and does not have to be checked by "specialists" in Germany after every use. If one breaks anyway, you can simply recycle it in Germany.

Sometimes Migros' commitment to ecology is a little too far-fetched.
