Hello Migros (children)

For almost two years now, I have regularly had the problem that the machine becomes incontinent from one capsule to the next.
This means that I let one coffee out and then with the second capsule (second coffee) half the coffee leaks out from under the machine and it is quite possible that with the next capsule everything is leaking again!

Now I've really had enough of cleaning the "mess" caused by the leaking machine at least every other day!
My kitchen cover is made of white plastic and when the coffee dries up, I can hardly get the cover white again!
In my opinion, it can only be due to the capsules, which are sometimes tapped cleanly and then, for some unknown reason, not again! I had no problems with the previous model.


I will now dispose of the Delizio machine - my question to Migros is, where can I take the machine for disposal? (MM, M-Electronic?)
