Cumulus vouchers are not being debited in my Migros app (Android) when I pay. The two vouchers I currently have are activated in the app. Is there anything else I need to do?

As far as I know, the redemption should work if you have previously activated the vouchers on your app.
They should then be deducted when you pay and scan the code.
Can you tell me exactly which Android phone you are using (Samsung 5/6, HTC)? And the version of the operating system would also be helpful. Then we can look into the problem.
