Why do you always change the fragrances of Elan detergent? 2-3 years ago I already had to change to the Pacific Dream variety. And now it's no longer available. I think I need to switch to a completely different detergent. I think it's a great pity....
Migros is in changeover mode at the moment - unfortunately. It's taking away everything we love!

We are doing this to bring variety to the range. The fragrance that is least popular is replaced with a new one that might appeal to more people. Of course, it's annoying that it's your chosen variety every time, we understand that. Perhaps you can make friends with another fragrance after all. I also miss the Elan Pacific Dream detergent. Still do. This detergent was always the first to go in the 3 Migros stores I usually visit. I can't imagine that it was the least popular. My experience was very different. It would be nice if this variety were to be included in the range again. Elan Pacific Dream was the reason why I switched to Migros detergent.

Hi Isdi, I understand that an empty shelf can give the impression that the product was popular. However, we do not deliver the same amount of every product to every store. This depends on the expected sales figures. It is also possible that a product is more popular in one store than in another. The figures for all stores in Switzerland are relevant for our decision.
