Disposable gloves in the fruit and vegetable department (coronavirus)
Einweghandschuhe bei der Gemüse - Früchte - Abteilung (Coronavirus)
I have already seen this in individual stores. Disposable gloves are provided so that the customer can put them on and then grab the apples or onions etc. with these gloves. I had an unpleasant experience today. The onions are in a poor condition. There were a lot of dirty onions or onions that had been touched. So I had to pick out a good onion. I also had to search for a long time for the courgettes. Or am I forced to buy dirty onions? I hope not, I hope I'm allowed to pick out a good one? Well, an elderly lady complained that I was touching everything. She didn't want to know why. She didn't care that I disinfected my hands. She even threatened to call the police. The joke was that the lady later touched some cheeses in the refrigerated section without buying them. She then said that it would only affect open products. But we know that viruses survive, especially in the cold (Tönnies case). Anyway, a solution has to be found, it can't go on like this. The solution. 1. Migros employees would have to sort out bad fruit and vegetables more consistently. This is hardly feasible. 2. it would be good if disposable gloves were provided. I have already seen this in other stores. Either in Migros or in the Coop. Then I can put on these disposable gloves and pick out the vegetables or fruit I want without escalation. I hope Migros takes this seriously. A lot of things are escalating at the moment. My solution could at least bring some relief.
