The shopping list is a good tool. But it should be possible to use it in all stores. For example, I have no reception at Mikros Thalwil. One option would be to transfer the list to the "ShopShop" app in advance so that I don't have to be online. Or you could enable reception in the stores.

M-Go's shopping list is actually intended to be used in offline mode. However, the prerequisite is that the list has already been loaded at least once in online mode and displayed on the iPhone. If you have several lists, you must load the desired list accordingly. It is then possible to display the products offline on the shopping list and tick them off.
Could you try it this way? If it is still not possible to edit and display the list, please contact us again and describe the problem in more detail. We would also be happy to receive input on how we can optimize the functions.
