@indios Do you mean evaluating the entire purchase in the store (and the store), as offered by Coop, Lidl and Aldi? As far as I know, Migros does not offer this online. The Migros Cooperative Zurich has a folding card in its stores at the customer service desk or on the information wall where you can write down criticism, praise and suggestions by hand and then put them in the urn or letterbox provided for this purpose. I don't know whether this is also available in Eastern Switzerland.

@Cinderella1925 I think she wants to rate the purchase in and of itself, including the friendliness of the staff and so on. Just like you have been able to do with other providers for a long time, not just rate the products.

@indios Oh, that's what I meant. After reading Frederica's post, I not only learned something again, but also remembered that when I was logged in to Migipedia (or migros.ch?), I was automatically offered to rate a recently purchased product. So I searched for it and found out: If you click on PRODUCTS in the Migipedia header, you will be taken directly to the "Would you rather browse the whole range?" section on the homepage. There you will find the "Last purchased" button. If you click on this, your last purchased products will be displayed if you are logged in. You can therefore access your last purchase and rate all products either via Frederica's link or here in Migipedia.
