Could you take a look at the Valess product range and introduce it? For people with allergies to soy, nuts and cherry peas, this would be an excellent way to consume less meat. I would like to consume meat substitutes but almost all of them contain the ingredients mentioned. Valess is made from milk and is extremely tasty and tastes almost exactly like meat!
