I don't think the Happy bread is any special news as the previous breads that are offered for sale sealed in a plastic bag can also be kept for several days. For me personally, I prefer crispy fresh bread, but unfortunately this is becoming increasingly rare. As soon as the bread is a few hours old, many loaves feel like a rubbery mass. The Krusten or Sonnenkranz, as it is always called, and the Korn Fit bread are an exception.
After years of hesitation, I have now bought one of these loaves and I am amazed that the product has lasted four years, because the bread is simply awful: soft, rubbery and tasteless. I will dispose of it in the green garbage can. A new high point in the less than glorious history of Migros bread.
