Wasn't one of Duttweiler's basic ideas that Migros should also have its own brands? Didn't Migros want to push these again? Why is this happening now? I understand that items are dropped from the range or even entire brands are discontinued if they are not bought enough. Nevertheless, own brands and products are customer loyalists, because you can only get them at Migros, and in the long term they keep people loyal. It's hard to still be a Migros customer today.
I think the Eimalzinschoggi is really great, and I absolutely can't understand why it's only gone because of profit considerations. There are basically all the Migros-specific items that make the difference to Aldi, Liedl and Coop, and which make us consumers want to shop at Migros.
