My family is very annoyed that Migros uses farm-raised eggs for its own-brand egg pasta (M-Classic, Anna's Best). Coop only uses free-range eggs for its pasta (Qualité & Prix, Gala).
Please, dear Migros, use Swiss free-range eggs for your pasta!
My parents and my brother have promised me not to buy any more egg pasta from M-Classic and Anna's Best until Migros has switched to SWISS FREE-RANGE EGGS...

@acko: Sure, me neither, because I only buy durum wheat pasta without eggs. Whether organic eggs, free-range eggs or barn eggs - for me personally, everything is ethically unacceptable anyway (just remember: http://www.srf.ch/player/video?id=570b1624-7174-4f02-a59f-d3082b9289d8). And my family also buys organic eggs where available. But my parents generally appreciate the variety and taste of Anna's Best ravioli, for example, but don't like Migros organic ravioli... So the only option at the moment is to do without or go to a competitor.
It would therefore only be the better evil - but a start and a signal - if Migros at least ensured that the chickens for M-Classic pasta could flutter, scratch, peck and dig for worms in the soil on a few square meters outside during their short survival.

@Twilight: Yes, I agree with you! I've recently started only buying pasta without eggs! But that has nothing to do with the origin of the eggs but because I don't want to eat any or as few products with eggs as possible!
