For years I have been buying the St. Nicholas gingerbread without filling, 4 pieces in a package and each with a St. Nicholas sticker on it. I love these gingerbread cookies and look forward to them every year. And although I always pay attention to what's inside almost every product I buy, I've never checked the ingredients used in these gingerbread cookies. And what do I see? They use barn eggs! From barn farming! Why barn eggs and not free-range? I'm very disappointed and won't be buying the gingerbread any more.
