I would like to try a real bread without additives (guar gum, soy flour, emulsifiers etc.) again. I used to be able to do without.

I'd rather pay --.20 more per loaf, but it's fresh and not artificially puffed up and rubbery like the soles of my shoes the next day.

The hot bread is often packed in small bags, which also contain small plastic components, so the bread becomes rubbery. Only in the good old paper bag does this not happen...
