Hi, I've been looking for a provider for an e-bike service for a while now. A Sportxx is not nearby and specialist dealers are rare. I found this website at Migros Service and as I understand it, I can simply take the bike to a Migros branch. https://www.migros-service.ch/de/cp/velo-service It sounds too good to be true for me. Has anyone tried this before?
Yes, that's possible. But the bike is then transferred to a central workshop (Tsüri, Bärn, wherever....) and you wait a correspondingly long time for your Göppel.... Don't you have a Bikeworld nearby? It's also Sportxx

Unfortunately not, as the e-bike is too big for the trunk and the train ticket to the nearest Bikeworld still costs 60 francs one way despite the Half-Fare travelcard. But if it's possible, I'll give it a try, as it's due for major repairs anyway and I can redeem a few vouchers. Thanks for your reply and have a nice Sunday.
