Every dried bean delivery is checked in advance by the product managers and a sample is tasted in order to avoid such incidents as far as possible. Deliveries that do not meet our quality requirements are rejected immediately. A possible reason for the perceived deviation in quality could be a different growth and/or soil procurement. This has different effects on the drying process. We have sensitized the supplier accordingly and are keeping an eye on the issue. Kind regards, Matteo
