I have been given a voucher on my cell phone to buy a figure for 4.70. This is not from the stamps I have collected.
In addition, I already have more than 5 points on the stamp card and therefore also have a voucher for 4.70.
Both vouchers look exactly the same, including the date.
How can I now tell that I can redeem the 4.70 gift voucher and NOT use the one that I would like to top up to 10 points and thus get a free voucher?

After the 5th point you get a 4.70 voucher, after the 10th point a free voucher... this is repeated again and again. You can only redeem one voucher for each purchase because the others are deactivated (grayed out).
But you can only buy the figure, for example - costs 9.70. If you have activated a free voucher (all others are then deactivated), the 9.70 is deducted again on the receipt ... makes 0 and the coupon is redeemed. In short: One purchase for each figure!

Thanks Tessin, but that wasn't the question. The system is basically clear to me.
In the meantime I have 2 gift vouchers for 4.70 that have nothing to do with the stamp cards.
How can I distinguish these from those that originate from the stamp card?
Which of these vouchers is the one I received as a gift and which is the one that belongs to the stamp card?

You are showing 3 coupons at 4.70, i.e. you have already redeemed at least 2 (maybe even 3) free coupons, if these are no longer visible under available... or look under redeemed.
If you have a stand of 5 stamps and a 4.70 coupon, the stands are as follows:
with 10 stamps1 at 4.70 and 1 free... with the stamps you start again from the beginning, i.e.
with 15 stamps 2 at 4.70 and 1 free
with20 stamps 2 at 4.70 and 2 free
with25stamps3 at 4.70 and 2 free
for 30 stamps 3 at 4.70 and 3 free, etc.
As I postpone my bulk purchases to Wednesday (doubles) and I only collect the 10 figures with free figures, I end up with at least 10 of these 4.70 coupons ... seems a bit annoying, but I just have to carry them around for another month, they can't be deleted.

Oh soo, you mean there are still 2 old 4.70 vouchers lying around that I can't/shouldn't/mayn't actually redeem?
I've actually already redeemed 2 free vouchers, so it would only make sense for the corresponding 4.70 vouchers to disappear .... because I've redeemed the free voucher.
It's just complicated and obviously badly programmed.
I hope Migros NEVER NEVER NEVER does such a stupid promotion again and goes back to the stickers..... (then the grandparents can help out again)

Initially, I was also a little irritated by these additional 4.70s. I just assume that Migros' way of thinking is something like this:
- if you reach the complete series of 10 figures for free... then the 4.70s expire at the end
- if you only reach 5 with free, you could buy 5 more with 4.70CHF...
- for example, if you only reach 4 with free, you could buy 4 or 5 with 4.70 and 1-2 at the full price of 9.70... collecting always requires completeness, an inner urge that is exploited in this way....
It would only be stupid if many people opted for free until the last minute and then all opted for half price (4.70s) or full price in the last few days and could not be delivered... then we would have the **bleep**storm.

Tessin has actually explained it correctly. As soon as you have (half) filled the stamp card with 5 stamps, you will always receive a coupon for a figure at half price. This is NOT deactivated when the card is filled and a free figure coupon is added. You will therefore always be offered an additional half-price figure per card as a bonus. Of course, you do not necessarily have to redeem these half-price coupons (you can also limit yourself to the free coupons), but they are actually intended as a bonus and are not intended to cause confusion among customers.
