Spelt pizza dough

Spelt is becoming more and more popular and has much more to offer nutritionally than wheat:
- a larger spectrum of essential amino acids
- More minerals and vitamins
- high levels of silicic acid, which is said to increase intellectual performance

What's more, you feel fuller for longer. Migros already has a great range of spelt. What I still miss, however, is a spelt pizza dough. I am convinced that this dough would sell well. After all, conscious, healthy eating is a very topical issue today.


I would be very happy to see it implemented. :-)
